You will report to the CRO North America and help him launch the US market and accelerate revenue growth through different levers :
- Build & run local Sales & Customer Success Operations, in close collaboration with HQ teams in Europe
- Adapt and run our leadgen, CRM & Revenue software stack to the needs of the US market
- Develop local customer intelligence and document our US Ideal Customer Profile and personas by interviewing customers and prospects
- Identify and implement adjustments to our Sales & Customer Success Processes to meet the needs of US prospects and customers
- Help find, recruit and onboard the best local talents
- Assist on a variety of local marketing, administrative and office management tasks, in collaboration with HQ teams
What we are looking for
- Native or Fluent English speaker
- Background in consulting and complex project management
- Strong rigor and organization, ability to manage tightly, a large quantity of information
- Top Business or engineering school
- Enthusiasm and team spirit
- Bilingual in French is a plus
