Position Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Annuity and Life Insurance Specialist to join our Risk Management team. Our Risk Management team is the central group of colleagues that works with client facing colleagues to meet their insurance needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of annuities and life insurance policies and will be responsible for advising clients on the best options to meet their financial goals and protect their assets.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
  • Policy Analysis: Analyze various annuity and life insurance policy to determine the best fit for clients' financial plans.
  • Recommendations: Provide tailored recommendations on annuity and life insurance policies that align with clients' objectives.
  • Policy Management: Assist clients with the application process, policy management, and any necessary adjustments to their coverage.
  • Education: Educate clients on the benefits and features of different annuity and life insurance solutions.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recommendations and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with advisors and other team members to integrate annuity and life insurance solutions into comprehensive financial plans.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in annuities and life insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of annuity and life insurance policies and their applications in financial planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CLU, ChFC) are highly desirable.
