POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project risks. Analyzes requirements, cost and schedules for risk assessment. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Uses the Integrated Systems Engineering Environment / Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (ISEE/RIO) track program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation and risk management. Instruct USN and CSS personnel in risk management techniques and principles. Track and develop program risks. Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Develop and maintain the Program Risk Management Plan.

**This position is contingent upon contract award.**

Requirements

Education
  • BA/BS degree in relevant technical field.
  • Allowable Substitution: Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree or Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

Experience
  • Required Experience: 3 to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description with at least 3 years experience applying government-instituted processes for risk.
  • Desired Experience: At least 1 year experience managing risk during the Engineering Manufacturing Development (EMD) acquisition phase for a NAVAIR program.

Security
  • Active TS//SCI clearance with current background investigation is desired.
  • At minimum, Active Top-Secret clearance with current background investigation is required.

Salary Description

$88,852 - $146,180 depending on experience
