Must-Have: Minimum of 30-minute response time for on-call duty
Job Description:
- Work as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Operating Room.
- Operate within a setting that includes 4 cardiac operating rooms and 1 hybrid operating room.
- Participate in a schedule of operations Monday through Friday; the facility is closed in the evenings, on weekends, and holidays, but these times are covered by an on-call team.
- On-call duty is required with a minimum 30-minute response time.
- Collaborate with a medical team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Ensure patient safety and maintain a sterile environment in the operating room.
- Prepare patients for surgeries, assist surgeons during operations, and provide post-operative care.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and effective communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
