Our Client Hospital Founded in 1901, is a 450+ licensed bed, full-service acute care hospital in the heart of the Inland Empire. Our Client has been recognized as a Top Performing Hospital and has invested in a new campus expansion project that includes a new 7 story patient tower, 3 story medical office building, and a recently completed 5 level state of the art parking garage. With over 500 physicians on staff, representing over 200 specialties and over 1,900 employees, Our Client Hospital is an Inland Empire leader in providing advanced, comprehensive health care to the Inland region. Our Client houses the largest Emergency Room and Trauma Center in the Inland Empire at 50 beds with an average wait time of only 15 minutes. Our Client is one of Riverside County's only STEMI receiving centers and is a fully accredited Chest Pain Center. Centers of Excellence include the HeartCare Institute, offering invasive and non-invasive cardiac procedures, Center of Excellence for Surgical Weight Loss, the Transplant Program and a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Position Summary:
Functions as a member of patient care team in providing competent care to patients according to their individual needs. Coordinates patient care and delegates responsibilities to team members within their scope of practice and competencies.
Licensure/ Certification/Registration:
Minimum: CA RN, BCLS, ACLS (within 6 months of hire), National RN Certification Preferred

Qualifications/Skills:
Ability to use critical thinking skills and prioritize aspects of patient care; possesses good interpersonal communication skills. Is able to calculate medication dosages and safely administer medications within the critical care setting.

- Will float to MICU, SICU and might float to CVU, PCU and ER Holding.
Licensure/ Certification/Registration:
- California RN License
- Will accept pending licensure
Minimum: CA RN, BCLS, ACLS (within 6 months of hire), National RN Certification Preferred
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Experience:
- Minimum: 1 year of critical care nursing in ICU
Qualifications/Skills:
Ability to use critical thinking skills and prioritize aspects of patient care; possesses good interpersonal communication skills. Is able to calculate medication dosages and safely administer medications within the critical care setting.

- 70 Bed ICU
- Will float to MICU, SICU and might float to CVU, PCU and ER Holding.
- General Comments
- Salary: Starting at $47.84 - Mid $ 58.16 - Max $66.70 per hour based on years of experience.
- Night Differential $3.00 - No weekend differential
- Sign on Bonus - $7,000 ($3500 upon hire and $3500 at 1 year)
- No relocation is being offered
- Fee: $10,000 split per contract
