License: [Please specify] Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Endo and ortho experience required. Solid OR experience. No robotics experience required. Job Description: - Work in a unit with 4 OR suites, running 3 typically, and 1 endo suite.- Handle an average of 20-21 cases per day with a heavy focus on ortho.- Participate in common cases, including hips, knees, shoulders, ortho spine, TLIF, hernias, lap chole, OB/GYN, hysteroscopy, hysterectomy, urology, cysto, prostate, ENT, and endoscopic procedures.- Scrubbing is required for this position, but RN scrubbing is not mandatory.- Work under the supervision of a charge nurse in the OR; backup and flow assistance is available.- Utilize Meditech for EMR tasks.- Evening call requirements: 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.; 4 days per month.- Weekend call requirements: 24-hour call, at least 1 weekend day a month (Saturday or Sunday).- Holiday call requirements: Department closed on major holidays, on-call as needed.- 30 minute call response time.- Ability to float to PACU (tasking) preferred but not required.- Scrub color/dress code: Provided.- Day shift position with a sign-on bonus available.
