Shift: 5x8 day shifts (07:00 AM - 03:30 PM) with rotating call
Guaranteed Hours: Not specified
Experience: Minimum of 1 year
License: MA RN license required
Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS
Must-Have:
- MA RN license
- BLS certification
Job Description:
- Provide professional nursing care in the Operating Room.
- Work collaboratively with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in rotating call schedule; during the week, call starts at 3:30 PM until 7:00 AM the next morning. Weekend call starts at 3:30 PM on Friday and goes through 7:00 AM on Monday.
- Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Ensure operating room readiness by maintaining equipment and supplies in accordance with facility policy.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and ability to respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
- Uphold highest standards of nursing practice in line with facility policies and procedures.
