We are in search of an RN Director - Operating Room to join our compassionate team in the Phoenix Metropolitan area.
As a Level I Trauma Center with 100 plus beds, we are excited to be known as a leader in surgical robotics. Our surgical suites are equipped with the latest technologies, allowing the least invasive, safest, and most-effective forms of treatment. This allows our facility to be home for our General Surgery Residency Program.
As the RN Director - Operating Room of our team, the successful candidate will lead the department by developing patient care service goals through safety, reliability, and quality. The Director will create a cohesive culture in accordance with the Hospital's mission and vision statement, as well as enforce policies, procedures, standards and objectives. A focus will be on the daily operations of the operating rooms for all surgical cases.
The Clinical Director will oversee fiscal analysis, personnel, and performance improvement activities and demonstrate professionalism supporting the Hospital's policy. This Nurse Leader will be a critical and analytical thinker. Emotional intelligence will be paramount as they must successfully interact with patients, staff, physicians, managers, and organizational executives.
The Operating Room Nurse Director is experienced in OR within a hospital setting. Great candidates include Nurse Directors or Nurse Managers. Nurse Educators, Assistant Nurse Managers, and RN Supervisors will be considered. RN Leaders with their CNOR, BSN, MSN, or MHA will earn quick interviews.
