Job Title: Registered Nurse - Surgery

Job Specialty: Surgery Recovery Holding

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Rotating 4 x 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday with rotating night, weekend, and holiday call

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required

License: Registered Nurse

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)

Must-Have: Experience with complex gastrointestinal and pulmonary procedures

Job Description:
- Serve as an Endoscopy Registered Nurse Circulator for gastrointestinal and pulmonary cases.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures.
- Work in a high-acuity, level one trauma center with complex cases.
- Operate in various settings, including a gastrointestinal lab, operating room, pre-operative and post-operative units, as well as bedside.
- Demonstrate proficiency in handling complex gastrointestinal and pulmonary procedures and cases.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain professional standards and remain current with advances in the field.
- Participate in the unit's on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
