Compensation Range:
Anticipated Base compensation rate is in the range of $61.97 - $77.39 / Hour depending on qualifications and experience.

Expectations:
The RN Navigator, working in a cancer specific area (Breast, Lung, Colorectal, Prostate) orchestrates patient flow through a comprehensive care plan, working to ensure that care is appropriate, authorized and conducted in the most appropriate setting. Coordinates the care of the patient serving as the liaison between community physicians and Huntington Hospital resources. This position requires flexibility of hours. This is a position that requires independent as well as collaborative work environments.
EDUCATION:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred. Diploma or transcripts on highest degree earned required.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Prior experience as a nurse educator of navigator or equivalent, preferred.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Required:
Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN)
Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association
