Make a Difference
The Manager of Ambulatory Nursing supports the clinical teams in Walgreens' clinics and in on-demand virtual care. Responsibilities include traveling to sites of care where clinical staff are assigned. The Manager will ensure appropriate clinical and patient satisfaction outcomes as well as the implementation of efficient and effective team processes. The Nurse Manager exhibits excellence in clinical patient care, customer service, critical thinking, schedule management, relationship development, organizational skills, and acts as a role model. This position demonstrates performance consistent with all professional standards of practice and the mission, vision and policies of the Community Health Network.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing is required.,
- 5-years of progressive leadership or management experience is required.
- Experience in ambulatory, triage, and/or customer support services environment is preferred.
- Computer skills for documentation and work-related purposes are required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrates customer service skills to provide exceptional patient and family experience.
- Able to maintain strong internal and patient/staff relations.
- Accountable and self-directed.
