Job Description:

- Lead and manage nursing staff in an acute care setting.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to healthcare standards.
- Oversee daily operations and address any issues that arise on the unit.
- Implement strategies to improve patient safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with medical teams and administrative staff.
- Coordinate and manage staff schedules and assignments.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to the nursing team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices and regulations.
- Required to complete 16 hours of orientation.
- Follow the 12-hour cancellation policy every two weeks.
