- Work in a home health and hospice setting

- Provide high-quality patient care in a post-acute environment
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals
- Adhere to shift pattern 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow healthcare protocols
