Job Description:

- Work in a Rural Health Clinic setting.
- Collaborate with one RN, two Medical Assistants, and two Medical Assistant apprentices.
- Manage approximately 20 patients per day.
- Work alongside two providers, an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) and a Medical Doctor (MD).
- Focus on care for aging adults and chronic disease management.
- No cancellation policy in place.
- Utilize an unspecified charting system.
- Engage in post-acute care settings.
