Job Description:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the sterile field in the operating room.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to healthcare team.
- Administer medication as directed by the surgeon or anesthesiologist.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care.
- Adhere to strict protocols for safety and infection control.
- Ensure the accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
