YOUR ROLE
As the Road Logistics Business Development Manager, you'll be leading the development of Road Logistics by actively showing customer excellence and role model behavior while acting as liaison between sales and the business unit.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops new valueproposition for Road Logistics and push marketing activities(i.e.. creating tools for sales).
- Collaborativeengagement in sales activities with sales team members.
- Identify new targetmarkets and areas.
- Create senior levelentry points to key accounts.
- Support pricingstrategies for RFQ's and clients.
- Customer retentionengagement.
- Leads annual GRIprocess.
- Ensures propertransitioning of customer to operations in line with customerrequirements Inputs and timelyupdate of sales activities utilizing CRM system.
- Preparing andconducting customer visits, presentations, negotiations, QBR's, and contracts.
- Other duties asassigned by the Company.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- 5+ years industry experiencein Canadian Road Logistics.
- Understanding ofRoad Logistics, including sales and account management, operations, service offerings and overall market.
- Post secondary education (preferred).
- Sales andnegotiation skills.
- Interpersonal andcommunication skills.
