The Opportunity:

We're looking for a Project Management Support, Senior with strong project management experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The Project Management Support will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery, from requirements and planning to execution and closure. This role involves assisting with managing project scope, scheduling, and budgeting, ensuring timely delivery within constraints. The Project Management Support will be the primary liaison between the client and the Program Office and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with all project stakeholders, leading and driving a cross-functional team, effectively communicating project status, risks, and issues, and managing stakeholder expectations. You Have:
  • 4+ years of experience providing project management support
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Visio
  • Knowledge of DoD SECNAV 5000 instructions
  • Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities while working independently with little guidance and as part of a team
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree


Nice If You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting a Navy Systems Program Office, including NAVWAR, NAVSEA, or NAVAIR
  • Experience with managing cost, schedule, and performance of an Acquisition Category (ACAT) I-IV or Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF) program
  • Experience with Software Acquisition, DevSecOps, Agile Program Management, Confluence, or Jira
  • Experience with preparing briefings and reports for senior government clients
  • Ability to be team-oriented, lead, and motivate a team
  • Ability to pay attention to details and be accurate
  • Possession of excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Top Secret clearance
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
