**Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals - Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients -
Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to meet sales targets - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth -
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Conduct outside sales visits to engage with clients and promote products/services -
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns -
Provide technical expertise on products/services to support the sales process *
