Description:

Overview

A warm and loving family of five in the Bay Area is seeking a dedicated and professional ROTA Nanny to join their household team. This role focuses on providing attentive care to a newborn, a 3-year-old, and a 4-year-old. The position follows a 7-days-on/7-days-off schedule. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, proactive, and skilled at fostering a safe, engaging, and organized environment for young children.

The family has a fully staffed household, enabling the nannies to focus on childcare. They deeply value long-term stability, professionalism, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach. Equally important, they are looking for a nanny who is loyal, supportive during challenging moments, educationally-minded and able to provide warmth and genuine care for their sweet children. Live-in accommodations are available during shifts if needed, though living in is not a requirement for the position.

While the family prefers to find a local candidate, they are open to considering exceptional candidates who may require relocation if they exceed the qualifications. The client will not consider fly in/fly out candidates.

Schedule:
  • Rota Schedule: 7 days on/7 days off
  • Hours: Typically 7am-8:00pm with flexibility for evenings, travel, and occasional overnight shifts during the rotation
