About the Position:
- Ensure that rotating equipment and accompanying systems meet current best practices and industry standards while optimizing safety, reliability, and maintainability
- Provide recommendations for improving "bad actor" equipment and develop/ repair scopes for rotating equipment.
Education and Experience
- Prior experience as a rotating/machinery specialist/technician who can perform the job role as described will be considered
Physical Requirements
- Outside work often requires moderate physical exertion including climbing scaffolding, kneeling, bending, taking field measurements and walking projects
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes hardhat, safety glasses, respirators, ear plugs, still toed shoes, or other equipment as required.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
