Responsibilities Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests. Experience in creating detailed process flows, developing high-level screen designs that map steps within a process to actual views in software solutions
Experience with solutions and designs with user experience and accessibility (WCAG/AODA)
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Experience developing user personas and user journey maps
Experience analyzing user feedback and designing solutions to address user issues and pain points
Experience creating wire frames and high-fidelity mockups with UI prototyping software such as Figma or Adobe XD
Experience researching and applying industry best practices
Demonstrated experience in developing use cases (business/system), identifying and documenting business rules

- 5+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration / development / integration
- 3+ year of development and testing experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM , J2EE and etc
- Experience working on Siebel Test Automation is an asset
Nice to have:
- Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset
- Experience with Transfer Payments would be an asset.
