Key Responsibilities:
- This is a Senior Level quota-carrying individual contributor role with a book of existing and new/prospective accounts.
- Directly Responsible for upsell, cross-sell, and new logo sales and independently developing associated sales/pricing strategies.
- Independently develop and execute strategic plan for increasing sales to new and prospective accounts.
- Own the end-to-end sales process for new logo sales and expansion within existing customers.
- Play a supporting role for renewals to analyze and identify new opportunities and provide input on renewal strategy.
- Prioritize all job responsibilities without oversight, including customer contacts, to maximize business results and sales.
- Sell to all stakeholders within existing and prospective accounts and independently develop messaging to support sales efforts.
- Engage with C-Level Executives at new/existing clients and identify and demonstrate value of RSA solutions they are purchasing.
- Own regular account planning both internally and directly with customer to generate new/expansion pipeline.
- Support key business reviews and strategic planning meetings.
- Play an awareness/informed role to identify customer challenges or improvement plans.
- Own and exercise discretion to address any sales related customer challenges.
- Perform prospecting activities to gain access to New Logo Accounts.
- Partner closely with broader ecosystem (Sales Development, Channel Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, Legal, Revenue Operations, Manufacturing, etc.) to deliver optimal customer and RSA outcomes.
- Independently develop and maintain a clean, updated, and accurate forecast in SFDC and other RSA forecasting tools."
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant sales experience required.
- Ability to execute a comprehensive sales process, leveraging MEDDPICC and additional sales training methodologies.
- Ability to confidently and independently engage with C-Level contacts at new and prospective clients.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced at independently developing and conducting complex sales campaigns and negotiations and leveraging ecosystem of internal business partners to maximize customer value.
- Prospecting to gain access to new customers and new contacts in existing customers.
- Independently complete business and sales forecasting.
- Willingness to travel to meet customers and partners in person regularly - up to 50-75% of the time.
