Salary: $110,000 - $130,000
Since 1999, we have been a pioneer in designing and manufacturing mission-critical rubber components. Through decades of innovation, our team has produced an extensive product line. Due to an increased influx of business, we are looking for a Rubber Molding Engineer. This is a Full Time, On-Site position.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop rubber molding processes to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs are manufacturable and meet customer requirements.
- Conduct experiments and analyses to improve molding parameters and reduce production costs.
- Utilize CAD software, specifically SolidWorks, to create and modify engineering designs and specifications.
- Perform Failure Mode Analysis (FMA) and Design for Assembly (DFA) assessments to enhance product reliability.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in rubber molding technologies and materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in rubber molding or polymer engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in CAD software, particularly SolidWorks, for designing and modeling components.
- Familiarity with Failure Mode Analysis (FMA) and Design for Assembly (DFA) methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
