Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing safety program policy, procedures, and guidance and updates all policy and procedures as requirements change; 2) Scheduling and performing inspections to identify unsafe or unhealthy conditions and processes; 3) Assisting in the preparation of the budget for the safety office and command safety program; and 4) Investigating mishaps, determining casual factors, and providing recommendations to safety issues.
