Experience/Skills

6-8 yrs. of experience in Identity and Access governance implementation, Role based access controls and designing of Sailpoint IdentityIQ solution

Hard skills -

• Should have good knowledge of concept of Access governance and Identity management
• Should have good knowledge of Role mining, Role definition principles and Role modeling and Role Management concept
• Should have good understanding of role based access control and attribute based access controls
• Should be able to define process approach for role based access control and attribute based access control
• Should have good knowledge of Sailpoint IIQ
• Should have good communication and documentation skill
• Good experience on Product Migration, code migration, On-boarding of applications
• Candidates must have an advanced knowledge of core technologies surrounding IdentityIQ, such as Java, BeanShell, XML, PowerShell, Windows, Active Directory, LDAP, and RDBMS.

Soft skills -

• Good written and oral communication skills
• Good documentation and presentation skills

Roles and Responsibility

• Design and implement Oracle Identity management connector for OID, Active Directory, Ebusiness for applications in scope
• Support Solution architect for discussion with customer
• Responsible for low level Low level design
• Design and implement Access request workflows
• Design and implement approval workflows
• Design recertification workflows.
• Provide support for UAT
