Position Overview:
As the Sales & Marketing Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing and sales initiatives. You will lead a team of sales and marketing associates, spearheading campaigns and strategies to elevate our brand and customer engagement. This position requires a strong leader who is both strategic and hands-on, with a knack for motivating and empowering a team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales & marketing associates and campaigns.
- Drive our business forward by engaging with potential and current customers to provide tailored solutions and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Proactively communicate with customers to address their needs and enhance their experience.
- Conduct strategic market analysis to identify opportunities and refine lead generation strategies.
- Oversee SEO & social media content creation and track campaign effectiveness.
- Manage the department budget and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to promote continual growth and improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college degree preferred.
- Proficient computer skills and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- The ability to delegate and empower others.
- Must possess integrity, self-awareness, humility, compassion, resilience, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Familiarity with SEO, social media platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within sales or marketing.
