SUMMARY
ROHM Semiconductor is looking for a motivated rock star as a Sales Account Manager to join our team! The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing ROHM's multiple sales accounts as well as suuporting other ROHM's regional sales teams in performing customer-facing activities, internal opportunity management, and general sales support. You will communicate with current and future customers as ROHM's direct contact window and maintain business and relationships with them. Additionally, you will be engaged in communication with internal business units, helping with sales support, product education, product selection, quoting and order coordination. Interface with internal and external customers effectively and timely for the delivery of pre- and post-sales activities to maintain positive customer relations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Quotation entry, verification and analysis
- Coordinate deliveries to customer, including allocation
- Enter and maintain sales opportunities in CRM database
- Consistently meets or exceeds metrics related outbound calls and open pipeline opportunitites
- Order samples, evaluation boards, and other goods for customers
- Manage active vendor list
- Prepare reports for customers, outside sales and managers as needed
- Set up onsite/online meetings with customers and participate as needed
- Provide assistance to customers through improved localized service
- Provide in-depth knowledge of major customers and provide direction to ROHM team members regarding specific customer activities
- Monitor and control cost of field sales activities
- Ensure Quarterly Business Reviews are conducted at each representative location and follow-up with action items
- Travel up to about 20% (domestic and international)
- Create customer meeting agendas
- Prepare product materials or other items needed to executive F2F customer meetings
- Enter, analyze and report monthly rolling sales forecast and annual sales forecast
- Organize and participate in tradeshows, conferences, and exhibits
- Assist with sales documentation and customer approval
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Training and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in customer service, account management, or selling
- Demonstrated ability to move leads through entire sales process independently
- Semiconductor or electronics industry experience
- Data manipuation
- Strong proficiency computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite /intermediate Excel level, Internet and other computerized-systems (testing may be given).
- Demonstrate professional business acumen
- Strong communication abilities - oral, written, and listening
- Possess effective organizational and negotiation skills
- Strong command of English - oral and written
- Bilingual skills highly preferredl- English/Japanese fluency
