Job Description:
- We are looking for a Skilled Sales Account Manager for US Hiring.
- Responsible for getting new clients/ requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
- Create a well-qualified pipeline of prospective managed services opportunities by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key decision-makers.
- Making calls to clients and taking the appointments for meetings.
- Explain in detail our services to clients.
- Should coordinate with the team, making them understand the requirements to source the right resume, motivate and guide the team.
- Should screen the candidate before submission, set up the interviews, follow up with the candidate till he/she joined, negotiate contractual terms and conditions for employment services, and works with the operations and recruiting teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
- In addition, he/she must demonstrate a strong customer focus and personal leadership, and solid negotiation and presentation skills.
