The ideal candidate is a driven, self-motivated individual passionate about learning and excelling in the field of exterior home remodeling. As a key player in our in-home residential sales team, you will master the art of the "One-Call Close." No prior experience is necessary; you'll receive comprehensive on-the-job training and education on all our services. We seek individuals who are not only ready to learn but also excited to apply their newfound knowledge in real-world scenarios.

You must be willing to travel across New Jersey, meeting customers wherever they are. Flexibility is crucial, as you'll accommodate customers' schedules with varying hours from Monday to Saturday.

Scope of Work:

  • Perform innovative and consultative in-home presentations from company-provided leads as well as self-generated appointments. - Your ability to connect with potential clients and present our offerings compellingly will be essential in driving sales and building lasting customer relationships.
  • Develop relationships with qualified prospective and existing customers. - Your role will involve understanding their needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish. Building trust and rapport with clients will be key to your success.
  • Maximize your schedule through mastering various outbound marketing techniques such as canvassing, attending event shows and fairs, and participating in company-paid outings like sporting events. - You'll also leverage social networking to expand your reach and generate new business opportunities. These activities will not only fill your schedule but also enhance your sales pipeline and skillset.
  • Attend weekly company, team, and development meetings - These sessions are designed to keep you informed, motivated, and continuously improving. You'll receive valuable feedback, share experiences with peers, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and company strategies. Regular participation in these meetings will ensure you're always at the forefront of our sales initiatives.


  • Requirements
    • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
    • 0-3 years of relevant experience in in-home sales and/or construction sales.
    • Passionate, Self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a desire for excellence.
    • Relentless at perfecting your craft. You want to be a student and continue to learn.
    • Thrive in a team environment but also work well independently.
    • Confident and articulate with public speaking.
    • Capacity to persevere through rejection and derive valuable lessons from it.
    • Desire to grow and become a better person and leader.
    • BA/BS preferred but not required.

    • Average first year total compensation range: $75,000 - $150,000

    Schedule and Location:

    You must be available to travel and meet customers all over the state of New Jersey. This includes accommodating customers' schedules with varying hours of the day, Monday-Saturday.
