About the Role:

As a Sales Consultant, you'll meet with residential and commercial clients to provide personalized window covering solutions. You'll conduct in-home consultations, build strong client relationships, generate new leads, and drive revenue in the Chicago market.

This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-home consultations and provide accurate product recommendations and estimates.
  • Generate leads through networking, canvassing, and community engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, realtors, and builders.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activity, client communication, and project status.
  • Represent the Bumble Bee Blinds brand professionally at all times.
  • Attend regular sales meetings, trainings, and webinars.
  • Communicate consistently with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.


What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience in outside sales, lead generation, or customer service.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong communication and listening skills with clients to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Clear and consistent communication with internal team members - collaboration is key to our success.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and a self-motivated mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits.

Preferred:
  • Experience in window covering sales (not required).


Compensation & Perks:
  • Compensation: $70,000-$110,000 (Base + Commission)
  • Paid training, paid time off, and paid holidays
  • Company vehicle provided for work use
