Position:Sales Coordinator

Location:18520 Stony Plain Rd, Edmonton (AB) ou 80 Patina Rise SW Calgary (AB) ou 500-969 Robson Street, Vancouver (BC)

Salary:Commensurate with qualifications and experience

Hours of Work:37.5 hours per week

Reponsibilities
  • Responsible for booked contract entries, revisions, and maintenance of campaigns
  • Liaise with various departments ensuring the follow through on campaign details
  • Effectively communicate information between sales account executive and their clients
  • Perform administrative duties for client folders. To include all pertinent details of campaigns
  • Generate reports to account executives showing activity within territories
  • Responsible for campaign analysis at end of programs
  • Work on various projects independently and within a team
  • Proactive and takes initiatives to ensure campaigns maintained and delivered
  • Maintain all client folders to include all pertinent details
Qualifications
  • Minimum ofthree years related work experience (customer service or coordinator or administration)
  • College/University education in marketing, administration or related field, is an asset
  • Exceptional organizational skills including the ability to be proactive, multi-task and meet deadlines with little supervision
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Past experience in media, advertising, or real estate industry is an asset
  • Strong work ethic, resourceful, attention to detail and discreet with strong follow-up skills
  • Independent, resourceful, detail oriented, welcomes innovations and change
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office required. Salesforce knowledge preferred
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset but not required
