We're searching for a proven top performer with a documented track record of success in high-volume automotive sales leadership. You must be an expert in desking deals, coaching sales professionals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving consistent growth and profitability.
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Desk Manager in a franchised dealership
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a sales team to hit and exceed targets
- Deep understanding of sales processes, finance structures, and inventory strategies
- Strong deal-structuring skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with F&I and service
- A relentless drive to succeed with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Compensation & Benefits:
- Earning potential: $15,000/month
