What You'll Do

As an SDR, you'll be the front line of our sales team - identifying and connecting with high-potential prospects, driving engagement, and setting the stage for meaningful client conversations.

Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify key prospects in target markets
  • Craft and send thoughtful outbound messaging via email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Book discovery calls and demos for the Account Executive team
  • Track and manage pipeline activity in our CRM
  • Work closely with leadership to refine outbound strategy and learn the ropes of enterprise SaaS sales
  • Get smarter about AI and insurance every day
About You
  • You're excited about AI and the future of insurance (even if you're new to it!)
  • You're naturally curious, quick on your feet, and eager to learn
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments where you can help shape the playbook
  • You're not afraid to cold call, follow up, or get a little scrappy
  • You bring positive energy, team spirit, and a strong desire to grow

Bonus:

  • Experience in outbound sales or customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesloft, Apollo, or HubSpot
  • Interest in SaaS, fintech, or insurtech
