Location: Preferred NY/NJ, can work remotely but need to come to NYC office when required 60 percent travel
Fulltime only

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Healthcare Sales Hunter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aggressively pursuing new business opportunities & hunt new logos within the Healthcare Payer sector and driving sales growth.
Should have experience of selling enterprise level product and solutions to Payers segment of US healthcare .

Key Responsibilities :
- Focus on sales hunting and opening new logos within the healthcare industry, targeting Payers, ACOs, Gov-Health, Medicare Advantage (MA), MAPD organizations.
- Conduct daily / weekly outreach and client meetings via calls, teleconferences, and other communication channels to identify and qualify prospective clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets, with an emphasis on acquiring new customers (new logos)
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to attract new prospects and drive engagement.
- Leverage a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs, articulate the value proposition of our solutions, and close new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement with customers to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, with a proven track record of success in sales hunting and acquiring new clients.
- Strong network of contacts and relationships within the healthcare sector, with a focus on key decision-makers and influencers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
