Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial distributors, construction suppliers, OEMs, and end-users to drive sales growth.
- Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new business opportunities, including emerging markets and underserved industry segments.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales plans, ensuring revenue goals are met or exceeded.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations, production, and logistics teams to align sales strategies with manufacturing capabilities and customer needs.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activity to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Budget & Forecasting: Oversee the sales budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and accurate revenue forecasting.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales performance updates, pipeline reports, and strategic insights to the executive leadership team.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in manufacturing, industrial distribution, or the hardware/fastener industry.
- Strong understanding of threaded products, fasteners, or industrial supply chains.
- Experience managing distributor and OEM relationships, with an ability to negotiate large contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
