As a Sales Enablement Manager at Blockaid, you'll work closely with product and product marketing to ensure the entire go-to-market team understands and can speak intelligently about Blockaid and our products.

As a Sales Enablement Manager at Blockaid, you'll work closely with product and product marketing to ensure the entire go-to-market team understands and can speak intelligently about Blockaid and our products.
What you'll do
- Create and maintain sales playbooks, battle cards, and objection-handling guides
- Design and execute onboarding programs for new sales team members
- Build product training materials and run regular knowledge-sharing sessions
- Track and analyze sales team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Partner with product marketing to translate product updates into sales enablement materials
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales enablement experience in B2B SaaS or security
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and methodologies
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Experience with sales enablement platforms and CRM systems
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear sales narratives
