As we continue to expand and evolve, we're looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing team and help shape the future of the decentralized world.

As a Sales Enablement Manager at Blockaid, you'll work closely with product and product marketing to ensure the entire go-to-market team understands and can speak intelligently about Blockaid and our products.

What you'll do

  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, battle cards, and objection-handling guides
  • Design and execute onboarding programs for new sales team members
  • Build product training materials and run regular knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Track and analyze sales team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Partner with product marketing to translate product updates into sales enablement materials


Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales enablement experience in B2B SaaS or security
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and methodologies
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms and CRM systems
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear sales narratives

Note: The interview process will include presenting a mock sales enablement strategy based on our current materials.
