Plays a pivotal role in driving growth by streamlining sales and reporting processes, leading sales tracking efforts, and planning strategic sales campaigns. This role collaborates closely with product, sales, marketing, and other key teams to define, implement, and continuously enhance sales processes. Ensures alignment between the sales calendar and planned product rollouts, coordinating efforts to optimize go-to-market strategies and maximize business impact.
Responsible for fostering visibility and alignment across the organization by socializing sales initiatives, sharing pipeline insights, and leading cross-functional calls. Facilitates collaboration, gathering feedback, and ensuring strategic alignment, to help drive sales performance. Analyzes key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of enablement efforts.

Job Responsibilities
- Supports the full sales cycle, including market analysis, pipeline management, go-to-market strategy, and sales campaign management.
- Drives streamlined CRM sales tracking processes and ensures key updates are effectively captured and communicated to stakeholders and leadership.
- Develops and delivers sales training programs to equip teams with the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to drive growth.
- Creates and manages sales enablement content, such as playbooks, training materials, and customer-facing resources, ensuring alignment with messaging and strategy.
- Oversees sales tools and technology, driving adoption and efficiency to enhance sales team effectiveness.
- Facilitates cross-functional collaboration by leading regular alignment calls, sharing pipeline insights, and ensuring visibility into sales initiatives.
- Coordinates and tracks project resources, staff, assets, and schedules to ensure timely and successful project outcomes.
- Assists team members and leadership in making cost-benefit decisions by providing relevant insights and analysis.
- Leads project meetings, ensuring clear communication, sharing next steps, and following up on action items.
- Analyzes key sales performance metrics to identify trends, assess enablement effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
- Participates in the development and implementation of new sales strategies, tools, and approaches to optimize sales effectiveness.
- Mentors and supports less experienced team members, fostering knowledge-sharing and professional growth.

External Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years as a Business Analyst OR High School/GED and at least 5 years as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in a healthcare company with a strong understanding of industry dynamics, sales cycles, and market trends.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess sales performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex problems and facilitate decision-making
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data manipulation to support sales tracking and reporting.
- Strong project management skills, including experience prioritizing and performing multiple tasks in time-critical situations.
- Experience planning, developing, and managing budgets for projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and manage project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Experience implementing and optimizing sales tools and technology to drive efficiency and adoption.
- Ability to train, mentor, and support team members to foster knowledge-sharing and professional development.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization, collaborating with teams across different time zones.
- At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.
- Willing to travel up to/at least 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
