Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for generating and developing new business and customers in assigned territory. In addition, responsible for increasing business within the existing account base. Provides technical support in assigned territory to support growth objectives. Provides input from account base to management for future product development or strategy adjustment. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and objectives. Reports to the Director of Sales or equivalent.
DESCRIPTION:
Sales of Electron beam Evaporation systems and components in assigned territory.
Use technical knowledge of our engineering and innovative design capabilities to provide leading edge solutions to our customers
Achieve annual customer order entry objectives as defined by the Director of Sales in the assigned territory
Develops key account plans to align resources to support company growth objectives with major customers/opportunities.
Achieve customer bookings growth through penetration and sales to new customers assigned by management utilizing strategic sales planning and value based selling methodologies
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to successfully work with both customers and internal support teams
Independent thinking, leadership and customer relationship skills
Deliver formal presentations to customers.
Technical conference and trade show trade show attendance and participation.
Detailed customer interaction to develop timely and accurate Ebeam equipment specifications and quotations.
Hands on working with customers on product qualification processes.
Paperwork and tasks to include, but not limited to, CRM database, forecasts, customer visit reports, internal process development, cross functional projects, and expense reports.
Provides pre & post sales technical support to customers
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Associates or above degree from an accredited university. Degree in Physics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering will be a plus
- Good verbal and presentation skills, effective communication skills
- Essential Abilities: Fast learner, Self-motivated, Team player, Self-starter, Problem solver, Works independently without supervision
- Level III: The above plus 5-8 years' related experience preferably in the semiconductor industry
