What You'll Do
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Develop and expand Ready Computing's client portfolio in the Federal, State, and Commercial sectors.
- Sell IT solutions to organizations with multiple decision-makers.
- Represent Ready Computing at tradeshows and marketing events.
- Understand client needs and present Ready Computing products and services to meet those needs.
- Understand competitive offerings and how to position Ready Computing products and services.
Product and Market Knowledge
- Stay updated on Ready Computing's offerings and industry trends.
- Analyze competitive offerings and position Ready Computing products effectively.
Solution Design and Proposal Support
- Design conceptual architectures for prospective customers across a diverse range of technologies.
- Assist the Proposal and Business Development teams with substantial technical input and written content during the RFx response process.
- Develop product and service pricing for RFx and Business Development opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations.
What you bring:
Technical Expertise:
- Experience with healthcare interoperability solutions, EMRs, interface engines, and HIE systems is required, and InterSystems experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with HL7, FHIR, and IHE profiles; Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships in groundbreaking new ways.
- Experience with database technologies such as document, vector, or object-oriented databases is preferred.
- Experience with coding languages such as Python, Java, or R and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales and/or public sector sales.
- Solid experience in your products' industry.
Communication and collaboration:
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Advocates for customer satisfaction and success.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience developing technical solutions
Home Office Requirements
- A minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for downloads and 1.5 Mbps for uploads is required.
- A private Wi-Fi network with a strong, unique password is necessary to access company data or systems.
- The company provides a monthly stipend to support internet expenses. All new employees must conduct an internet speed test and submit the results during the onboarding process. Additionally, ensure that the network password is not set to the default provided by the router.
