Reports to - Sales Director

The Role

MagicOrange is on the hunt for an energetic and driven Sales Executive to join our US team. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to advance their career in SaaS sales within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You'll be playing a key role in expanding MagicOrange's footprint in the US as well as Europe, leveraging our ITFM solutions to drive business value for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of MagicOrange's sales strategy in the US, contributing to the team's overall targets.
  • Assist in managing the sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
  • Work closely with the Senior Sales Executive to develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the market.
  • Engage in market analysis activities to understand industry trends and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Engage and build existing partners/reseller relationships as well as well as creating and nurturing new partnerships to drive revenue growth
  • Provide support in preparing accurate sales forecasts and reports, contributing to the strategic planning and decision-making process.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.


Educational Background
  • Bachelor's degree in either Business, Marketing, IT or related fields.


Previous Experience
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS or ITFM software market.
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and a strong desire to excel in a sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with potential clients.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing market conditions.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
