Location: 3-4 days in field and 1-2 days in Petaluma office
Salary: $90-140k DOE

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with clients in the industrial equipment sector, particularly in wineries and distilleries. This role involves lead generation, managing vendor quotes, and providing customer quotes to ensure our clients receive the best solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the West Coast region, with focus on California clients.
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and various lead generation techniques.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including preparing and presenting RFQs and vendor quotes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that resonate with the target market.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on sales performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of sales and bottling equipment experience required with preference towards spirits, wineries, or distilleries.
- Travel about 50% with 3-4 days in field with clients and 1-2 days in Petaluma office
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial equipment sector.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and techniques.
- Experience with lead generation and managing customer relationships through CRM systems.
- Familiarity with RFQs, vendor quotes, and customer quotes in a sales context.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
