Location: El Segundo, CA | Full-Time
Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for global freight forwarding? We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, develop strong client relationships, and expand our market presence in air and ocean freight imports.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the VP of Sales and President to implement strategic sales plans and achieve corporate growth objectives.
Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and drive revenue in the freight forwarding industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and create customized logistics solutions for clients.
Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and service delivery.
Requirements
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in global freight forwarding sales (air & ocean imports).
Proven ability to develop and close high-value sales deals in the logistics industry.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
Data-driven mindset with experience in KPI management and sales performance tracking.
