As a Sales Executive for City Wide Facility Solutions, you will be responsible for new business development in a highly productive, sales-driven environment. Additionally, you will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calls to closing the deal. Working closely with account managers and your sales team, you will establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients. Ideal candidates will thrive in prospecting for business, developing a territory and are self-motivated go-getters with a hunter's mindset, fueled by the prospect of substantial sales commission, and who thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Successful candidates will have exceptional written/verbal communication skills, an unparalleled work ethic and an unquenchable hunger to achieve results. In this exciting role, you'll enjoy a competitive base salary starting at $55,000, along with bonuses, auto reimbursement and uncapped commission opportunities that could see your earnings soar to as much as $180,000 annually!

What you will do in this role:
  • Identify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in sales that meet or exceed goals.
  • Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations.
  • Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts.
  • Maintain required activity standards to include conducting a minimum number of prospecting calls and cold call visits each week.
  • Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information.
  • Maintain and manage your "Top 100" list in the CRM.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere.


Compensation
  • Base salary starting at $55,000 with additional bonuses and commissions.
  • Top performers have the potential to earn up to $180,000
  • $450.00 / month Car Allowance
  • Annual Awards trip for Top Performers

    You are the Superstar we are looking for to join our A-Team if you:
    • Are a highly motivated self-starter with territory development skills
    • Have a minimum of 2-8 years outside B2B sales experience and a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales metrics
    • Have strong digital marketing, CRM and MS Office skills
    • Are a high achiever with a "figure it out" attitude that loves to be challenged
    • Are outgoing, proactive, forward-thinking and have the ability to "think on your feet"
    • Are organized within a defined sales process with an ability to move clients from prospect to close
    • Enjoy coming up with new, more efficient ways to drive results
    • Have high standards for your work and take leadership in driving the execution of company policies and procedures
