Position Overview: As the Sales Lead, North America at ScorePlay, you will be responsible for growing our presence in North America. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will ensure the achievement of sales quotas, manage the North American sales team, oversee the sales operations, and set strategic direction. You will work closely with customer success, marketing, and development teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and drive business success.

Position Overview: As the Sales Lead, North America at ScorePlay, you will be responsible for growing our presence in North America. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will ensure the achievement of sales quotas, manage the North American sales team, oversee the sales operations, and set strategic direction. You will work closely with customer success, marketing, and development teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across North America, ensuring achievement of quarterly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and collaboration with internal teams.
- Lead and close strategic deals, actively participating in customer negotiations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Account Executives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success and development.
- Set clear objectives and performance metrics for the team, and monitor progress towards goals on a regular basis.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
- Work closely with CEO and other leadership to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and targets, and provide input into overall business strategy and planning.
- Proactively identify partnership opportunities and seek meaningful connections for ScorePlay to increase brand awareness and revenue potential.
- Collaborate closely with customer success, marketing, and development teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives and customer needs.
- Provide feedback and insights from the market to inform product development, marketing campaigns, and customer success initiatives.
- Work with marketing and development teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and materials to support sales efforts.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring alignment with company processes.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and sales forecasts to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prove representation at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to raise awareness and promote our business across North America.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue generation.
- Leverage your network and relationships to generate referrals, leads, and opportunities for partnership and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in Enterprise B2B Enterprise sales, ideally in media, tech or related field, with a strong track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in sales leadership, with a demonstrated ability to build, manage, and scale high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and collaborate across all levels of an organization.
- Strategic and results-driven mindset, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Experience working cross-functionally with customer success, marketing, and product teams to align sales initiatives with broader company goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
