DXC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated National Security & Public Safety Sales Leader to join our team and lead our efforts in driving sales across the Canadian federal and security sectors.

Job Summary:

As a National Security & Public Safety Sales Leader, you will leverage your deep expertise in the Federal sector to drive sales growth and build long-term strategic relationships with government agencies, including the Department of National Defence (DND), military, enforcement, intelligence agencies, and other high-security organizations. You will be a trusted advisor who provides cost-effective, innovative solutions that address mission-critical needs, all while consistently exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership & Strategy: Lead the sales efforts to expand the company's footprint within the Federal sector, focusing on high-security organizations, civilian departments, military, enforcement, and intelligence agencies.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain C-level relationships, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner within the federal government, defence, and public safety sectors.
  • Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the federal and public safety sectors, with an emphasis on mission-critical solutions.
  • Channel Partnerships: Develop and grow channel partnerships, reseller networks, and distribution management strategies to amplify sales and expand market reach.
  • Solution Sales: Deliver cost-effective and strategic solutions tailored to the unique needs of government, defence, and public safety organizations, focusing on areas such as SaaS, cloud-native solutions, data center optimization, cloud architecture, virtualization, storage, networking, and advanced security.
  • Consultative Approach: Provide expert advisory services and work closely with clients to design and implement tailored solutions, ensuring alignment with their operational goals and mission-critical objectives.
  • Market Expansion: Drive the market expansion by exceeding client expectations, identifying new revenue streams, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions across diverse departments and agencies.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), consistently delivering results that align with company goals.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay current on the latest market trends, technology advancements, and federal procurement processes, ensuring your solutions remain ahead of the curve in national security and public safety.


Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, specifically within the national security, federal, or public safety sectors, with a focus on SaaS, cloud solutions, and advanced security technologies.
  • Security Clearance: Must hold or be able to obtain a security clearance from the Canadian government.
  • Industry Expertise: Proven success in the Canada Federal sector, with in-depth knowledge of high-security organizations, civilian departments, military, enforcement, and intelligence agencies.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals and cultivating C-level relationships. Ability to navigate complex procurement and sales processes.
  • Communication & Presentation: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: Highly driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve sales targets.
