We're hiring a Sales Manager to lead and scale a team of inside sales reps focused on converting inbound and outbound-qualified leads across multiple verticals (chiropractic, mental health, functional medicine). You'll deliver revenue outcomes, build systems, and ensure the team's success through coaching, structure, and execution.

Role Overview:
We're hiring a Sales Manager to lead and scale a team of inside sales reps focused on converting inbound and outbound-qualified leads across multiple verticals (chiropractic, mental health, functional medicine). You'll deliver revenue outcomes, build systems, and ensure the team's success through coaching, structure, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own revenue outcomes for new client ARR
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 3-5 quota-carrying AEs
- Hire and onboard new reps with clear ramp and accountability plans
- Build, document, and enforce SOPs for discovery, demos, follow-ups, and closing
- Collaborate with marketing on lead qualification and campaign alignment
- Partner with onboarding to streamline handoffs and improve first-90-day retention
- Build weekly dashboards and monthly forecasts to track team performance
- Represent sales voice-of-customer in product feedback and GTM adjustments
- Track competitors and adjust positioning and pricing tactics accordingly
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in SaaS sales leadership, preferably in healthcare or healthtech
- Track record of hitting or exceeding team revenue targets in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent coach, operator, and communicator with data-driven habits
- Familiarity with Salesforce, GoHighLevel, and other modern RevOps tools
- Experience working with multi-product SaaS offerings a strong plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality

- Team achieves 90%+ quota attainment within 90 days of your onboarding
- Pipeline grows 3x through a repeatable outbound/inbound engine
- Sales cycle time shortens by 15-25% due to tighter sales process and alignment
