Description:

The Sales Manager will oversee the inside sales team focused on e-commerce sales of refurbished medical devices. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive sales performance, develop effective sales strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase e-commerce sales.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to the sales process.
  • Set sales targets and KPIs for the inside sales team.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to achieve sales goals.
  • Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement best practices for e-commerce sales and customer relationship management.
  • Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to track sales activities and outcomes.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborating with marketing, IT, and product teams to align e-commerce initiatives
  • Leveraging data analytics to track performance and refine sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of online sales channels and platforms.

Education Requirements:
  • High School, Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
