We are searching for a successful sales leader to work with our account executives to combine direct sales, marketing and account management to provide comprehensive graphic solutions to Fortune 500 companies.

Coach entry level salespeople on the fundamentals of cold calling, building business relationships and business to business sales. Responsibilities:
Support General Manager in overseeing a diverse staff of sales professionals
Recruit, mentor, support and manage new Account Executives hired for the team
Achieve sales objectives by contributing to the development of the sales staff
Collaborate with sales management for ongoing training needs and feedback on existing programs
Maintain a client base while building and establishing new business relationships
Collaborate and consult with clients to bring new ideas and solutions
Requirements:
BS/BA degree
Minimum 2 years of sales management experience plus additional success in business to business sales, cold calling and account management
Strong interest in sales, coaching and mentoring
The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced, high energy environment
Great communication skills
Competitive, persistent and eager to achieve results
Confidence, enthusiasm and an ability to persuade and influence others
