Sales Manager

Gwinnett Place Nissan is a leader in automotive retail sales and finance. We are currently looking to add qualified Sales Manager to our fast-paced and high-profile location in Duluth, GA.

Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and develop a team of automotive salespeople
• Train standard methodologies for structuring and closing new and used car deals.
• Provide mentorship to all sales associates to improve sales performance
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed the company sales expectancy and market penetration
• Advise sales associates and customers on all products available for purchase
• Overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales and desking process in compliance with company standards
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
• Manage inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles

Qualifications:

• Successful experience in automotive sales management
• A strong work ethic with the ability to lead a team of sales professionals
• Strong organizational skills
• Broad knowledge of dealership sales operations
• Results-driven, energetic, and self-motivated
• Used car appraising experience is a PLUS
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• High School Diploma/ GED required. A college degree is a PLUS
