Position Function and Scope:
Play a key role on the Sales Enablement team by partnering with stakeholders to drive pipeline management and a unified reporting framework as an individual contributor. Join a fast paced and dynamic team, responsible for pipeline management of a world-wide sales organization. Stakeholders include the global sales operations organization, regional sales organizations, and business unit stakeholders such as finance and product management. Due to broad exposure to leadership across the organization, this position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. The role also requires the ability to determine and execute solutions to new problems. Sales/revenue operations, finance, accounting, data analysis, and database visualization (Tableau) experience is helpful in this role in order to understand the context and structure of data captured in the CRM platform (Salesforce). Intermediate MS PowerPoint and Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, vlookups, index matching, formatting for presentation) are required.
The successful candidate will be comfortable with large sets of data, capable of analyzing and pivoting large amounts of data in a time-sensitive environment; and communicating with and providing operational and technical support to a diverse group of stakeholders of varying seniority, experience, and geographic location.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 7+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 9+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience in a high-tech product company.
1+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Sr Director level and above).
1+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
1+ year in a leadership role with or without direct reports.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$106,400.00 - $159,600.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Specific responsibilities include the following:
- Pipeline Management: As the process owner, oversee pipeline management process for the $30B+ a year QCT Semiconductor business. Drive stakeholder process guidance, training, and manage governance of pipeline data. Partner with Agile team to drive enhancements in Salesforce Opportunity system.
- Indirect Revenue: Integrate indirect revenue reporting into global reporting framework. Includes management of indirect revenue calculation, documentation of use cases, guidance of tracking in SFDC opportunity, and roll out the framework for indirect revenue.
- Sales Planning:
- Design Win Target Setting: Assist in pipeline target setting and executive reporting. Prepare templates for regional teams, summarize regional target submissions for leadership, and provide pipeline guidance and analytics for target setting purposes.
- Territory Management: Prepare quarterly account assignment templates, work with regions to assign owners, and create/update Salesforce territory and account ownership. Perform monthly analysis to ensure proper tagging of account classifications and provide reporting packages to regional leadership.
